Our Mission
Surrey Neighbourhood House is an inclusive and welcoming space in Surrey, British Columbia that offers low-barrier community programming. Programs include counselling, fitness, food and hygiene, activities for children and youth, a community garden, and more.
The primary goal of this initiative is to support marginalized and underserved community members, including individuals and families facing socioeconomic challenges.

Digital Literacy
Classes on computer skills, internet safety, and digital communication for all skill levels.

Community Kitchen
Cooking workshops with Prepify to learn meal preparation skills and enjoy community dinners.

Yoga Classes
Yoga sessions promoting physical and mental wellbeing.

Health Clinic
Health services provided in partnership with Fraser Health, including check-ups and consultations.

Counselling Services
Confidential counselling sessions to support mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Breathwork Sessions
Guided breathwork techniques to reduce stress and improve mental clarity.

Mudgar Fitness
Traditional strength training with Virdee Protocol in our dedicated fitness space.

Youth Connect
A safe space for young people to socialize, learn, and access resources and support.
